I grew up on the Kenai Peninsula in the great State of Alaska. After many years in the corporate world, mom and I opened Occasions Fine Gifts in early 2000 with the ongoing help of my husband, Jim and our son, John. Many of you have known Occasions as the specialty boutique located in the West Hills Shopping Center for the past 14 years. We prided ourselves on our customer service, eye for detail, unique and stylish gifts, and helped make our customers feel like they were part of the Occasions family. 

Although we have closed the storefront and mom has retired (you may still see her from time to time), I have now gone out to continue Occasions on a more personalized basis. My focus will be on holiday decorating, corporate gifts, personal organizing services, personal shopping, and home accessorizing.
